Same-day shipping:

 

All orders received before 13:00 are usually dispatched from the distribution centers in Austria and Dubai on the same day, provided the items are in sufficient stock.

Processing outside business hours:

 

Orders received outside regular business hours - at weekends or on public holidays - will be processed on the first following working day. Please note that the stated delivery times are only guidelines and cannot be considered binding. No legal claims can be derived from these times.

Consignment tracking:

 

Each order can be tracked from dispatch to arrival with an individual tracking number to ensure transparency and security in the delivery process.

Withdrawal from contract in the event of non-fulfillment by logistics partner:

 

Should a delivery fail for reasons beyond Amrita Vitality's control, in particular if a logistics partner does not fulfill its contractual obligations, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. We will inform our customers of such incidents immediately.

International deliveries and shipping areas:

 

Amrita Vitality currently ships products to Austria, all EU countries, Switzerland, Dubai, the UK and Norway. We strive to continuously expand our delivery area to provide the best service to our customers.

Customs and taxes:

 

Before completing an order, customers are informed about the specific tax regulations of the destination country. Customers ordering outside the EU may be subject to additional charges for customs and taxes or handling fees. We recommend informing yourself about the respective local regulations before making a purchase in order to avoid any inconvenience.

Exclusion of returns of opened products:

 

Please note that the return of opened products is generally excluded. This is to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products. If you have any questions about the suitability of our products before purchasing, we will be happy to advise you in detail to ensure that you make the right choice.
